We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our Test Quality Release Management (TQRM) team. In this role, you will analyze requirements, design automated test strategies, and ensure the reliability of software solutions through continuous testing and validation.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams across different business domains, working in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software releases.

Your Mission

  • Define and implement test automation strategies to improve software quality.

  • Enhance testing practices by designing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites.

  • Collaborate with business analysts to define test cases and ensure proper coverage.

  • Execute and optimize non-regression tests to validate system stability.

  • Utilize automation testing tools to streamline testing processes.

  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in Windows and Web UI environments.

  • Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Programming: Java, Groovy

  • Version Control: Git, BitBucket

  • Test Frameworks: Cucumber (Gherkin), Katalon

  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins

  • Database & Querying: SQL, SGBD (Database Management Systems)

  • Web & API Testing: REST API, Web UI, Chrome Driver

  • OS & Scripting: Windows Server, Command Line, Batch Processes

  • Test Management: JIRA, Xray

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Test Automation or Software Development.

  • Strong problem-solving skills in Windows and Web UI environments.

  • Agile mindset with the ability to work in a collaborative team.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
