Closer‘s Information Security Policy establishes the following guidelines:

  • Information is an essential asset for the fulfillment of its functions;
  • Implement the appropriate levels of security to protect both the resources of the information systems and the information processed, stored or transmitted by them;
  • Incorporate information security into Closer‘s business processes and objectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and value of the products and services provided to clients;

 

Compliance and Standards

  • Comply with applicable legislation and regulations, guaranteeing the privacy, confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, as well as the management of security and privacy incidents that may affect it;

 

Information Security

  • Achieve the necessary levels of security to guarantee:
    • Confidentiality: ensuring that information is accessible only to authorized persons;
    •  Integrity: guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of information throughout its life cycle;
    • Availability: ensuring that information and the systems that process it are accessible whenever necessary, regarding to the protection and classification of information, business processes, activities and strategic assets;

 

Risks Management

  • Carry out regular information security risk assessments to identify, quantify, prioritize, monitor and review risks and their treatment process;
  • Developing, implementing and periodically evaluating specific policies and standards, as well as processes and controls, to guarantee the protection of information assets against threats;
